Open Source, Free and Flexible
Mura CMS is available for download in two versions: with an installer, or just the codebase - either way you get the same features and functionality. Of course, both versions are free to use under our Open Source licensing.
- Mura CMS Installer: The Mura CMS installer will detect whether you have an existing CFML application server (Adobe ColdFusion or Railo or OpenBD) installed, and will install Mura CMS in the location of your choice (usually the webroot of your app server). If the Mura CMS installer does not detect an application server, it will give you the option to install Mura CMS with Railo and Apache Tomcat.
Requirements: Access to a supported database server (MySQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle 10G+). (Don't have a database installed yet? MySQL is free, open source and works great with Mura CMS.)
- Mura Standard: This version includes the only the source files for Mura CMS, which you can run using the CFML engine of your choice. Simply drop the files in the webroot of your CFML server, and you'll be guided through the setup process in just a couple minutes.
Requirements: You need a CFML application server - Adobe ColdFusion or Railo or OpenBD - and access to a supported database server (MySQL, MS SQL Server or Oracle 10G+). (Don't have a database installed yet? MySQL is free, open source and works great with Mura CMS.)
