hello,

the name of one of my sites has a gap in it, for example 'Site Name' not 'SiteName' so when someone subscribes to my mailing list the confirmation/activation link appears broken with only 1/2 of the URL being a link and the 2nd 1/2 being normal text.

this has resulted in none of my subscribers being able to verify their email addresses.

what can i do about this?

They will be a fix in the next build to go up in a day or two. It's a good idea to not have any spaces in your siteID. It should not be thought of as site name, that is the "Site" field in the site settings.

is there an easy way of changing it? or is it best to leave it alone now?

the easiest thing to do would be to go to "Site Settings" in the admin area ... then edit the site in question. change the "Site ID" field to a name without spaces or punctuation and you should be good-to-go.

Actually, the siteid can be set once and then is not editable unless you change it directly in the DB. This may change in the future, but that's the way it is right now.

ok thanks guys. no probs. its my fault anyway, i shouldnt have left a gap in it!

i'll wait for the fix that matt mentioned and i'll update my mura files
