Annual Support Agreements
For organizations and developers that want rapid, reliable support for their Mura CMS installation, we offer Annual Support agreements. These Support agreements give you priority email and phone access to our support team along with a personalized Web collaboration interface for questions and answers, document sharing and more.
Standard Support
Purchase of a Standard Support agreement includes 20 support incidents*. We guarantee a response to support requests within 1 business day, and to begin working on your request within 2 business days.
Pricing: $4,000
Premium Support
Purchase of a Premium Support agreement includes 50 support incidents*. We guarantee a response to support requests within 1 business day, and to begin work on your request within 2 business days.
Pricing: $8,750
Enterprise Support
Purchase of a Standard Support agreement includes 120 support incidents*. We guarantee same-day response to support requests, and to begin working on your request within 1 business day.
Pricing: $21,000
* Up to 1 hour 15 minutes support time per incident

Project Support
We can provide expert assistance with any aspect of Mura development, including server setup and configuration, template development and integration, customization of Mura CMS and more. Project-based support arrangements can be as small as one hour, or up to a multi-month development project. We'll work with you to come up with a custom plan that matches your specific needs and budget.
Rates:
- For projects of less than 10 hours we charge US $225 / hour
- For projects between 10 and 40 hours we charge US $200 / hr
- For projects over 40 hours we charge US $175 / hr
